Made with Nagano-grown hitogokochi-rice. My first sake from this brand and brewery! Wonderful aroma with hints of vanilla. Taste is juicy, sweet and fruity. Apple, banana, mikan? Refreshing acidity and a clean finish. Fantastic sake. 4.50/5
