It was more schwishy than I expected and spilled out after I uncorked it (what a waste 😆 ).
It has a robust taste ➕ and is carbonated, so the mouthfeel is surprisingly heavy. It went well with stewed pork, but I thought it was a little too strong for sashimi.
I prefer to drink Suwa Gozo, but it has variety and is really interesting. ☺️
It was the sweetest of today's three bottles. Even the standard sake has an elegant sweetness and umami. Is this really a regular sake? This is fine, a representative of the sweetness of regular sake❗.
Dry, not sweet.
It is a light and dry sake that only Shinshu can offer. It is a sake to be savored on a long autumn evening while roasting matsutake mushrooms on a shichirin on the porch, squeezing sudachi (a Japanese citrus fruit) and smelling the aroma 🍶.
Miyamanishiki Nakakumi Nama Sake. The full aroma when opening the bottle, the acidity in the mouth, the bitterness on the side of the tongue, and the clean and refreshing taste with no cloying taste due to the Nakakumi method, made me hesitate over which one to choose over the Omachi.
But after tasting it, I decided to go for this one. This bitterness is a taste unique to this rice that does not appear in Omachi or Yamada-Nishiki.
A junmai ginjo with a mellow taste, slightly muddy on purpose, finished by a female brewer.
It is a sweet, gentle sake with a fruity aroma.
It has a wine-like taste, but the delicious rice flavor gives it an elegant feeling.

Shinshu Neko Masamune? Never heard of it,
Cat face label and tail
I took a closer look and saw it was Maihime.
Shiro-Neko White
It has a subtle ginjo aroma and is clean and elegant.
Slightly sweet with a hint of ginjo aroma
In our opinion, Shiro-Neko White
Shiro-Neko wins 😀.

Hello Harry ☀☀☀☀☀.
The brand was originally manufactured by Omi Shuzo in Shiga under the name Omi Neko Masamune, but due to the de facto closure of the business, it was transferred to Maihime and released as Shinshu Neko Masamune😊.
Hi Harry!
The 😺 series was originally made by Omi Sake Brewery in Shiga, but they closed at the end of June and transferred the 😺 series here 🤔I'm glad you're drinking it even though it's moved 😊.
Harry, good evening ^ ^
The cat labels are adorable ✨.
Certainly a cat lover's dream 😁.
I did some research and found a variety of Shiba Inu labeled sakes, so if I see one, I'll buy it immediately ✌️
Good morning, Manta-san.
I was in the middle of selecting other sake,
My wife, who is a cat lover, brought me this one😅.
I guess when you change your point of view, you meet new people 😊.

Good morning, Chichi 😃.
I'm almost there... though it's rare to have a checkup in the middle of summer 😅.
I'm wondering what you're going to drink after 4 days,,
First of all, beer 🍺🍻 I guess 😊.

We enjoyed it with a beef rump steak called shikimbo.
The aroma is mild, a little apple?
Sweetness, umami, and lightness without being assertive. It may be dry.
Satsuma-age with mayonnaise and soy sauce and mentaiko (cod roe) and takana are also good.
