It was more schwishy than I expected and spilled out after I uncorked it (what a waste 😆 ).
It has a robust taste ➕ and is carbonated, so the mouthfeel is surprisingly heavy. It went well with stewed pork, but I thought it was a little too strong for sashimi.
I prefer to drink Suwa Gozo, but it has variety and is really interesting. ☺️
It was the sweetest of today's three bottles. Even the standard sake has an elegant sweetness and umami. Is this really a regular sake? This is fine, a representative of the sweetness of regular sake❗.
Dry, not sweet.
It is a light and dry sake that only Shinshu can offer. It is a sake to be savored on a long autumn evening while roasting matsutake mushrooms on a shichirin on the porch, squeezing sudachi (a Japanese citrus fruit) and smelling the aroma 🍶.
