I drink it on the rocks as a food sake. It has a light aftertaste, so it goes with everything. It is only available at Hakurei Shuzo stores and online. Buy it at the store.

I bought this on my trip.
Hakurei Shuzo's Sake-donji cup 😃.
The aroma is mild🤔A little bit fruity on the palate😄Soft acidity, clean, dry and traditional delicious sake😚.
Although it is a ginjo, it is sweet and easy to drink.
As the name suggests, they are neither chieftains nor demons, but they share a love of sake.
Oh, we are all the same, aren't we?
When I went to pick up the Chokyu I reserved, they also had Shuten Doji, so I bought it. Huh? I didn't have a reservation for Shuten-doji, did I?
This is the first time I've had a sake lid type sake pressed in the morning of Risshun. Sentori also seems to have a sake lid, but unlike Sentori, the cork didn't fly off😅.
The aroma is fruity in a small amount.
Freshness and juicy flavor. The sweetness and spiciness are well balanced, and the assertiveness is reserved and calm. It can be enjoyed on its own, but I think it's more suitable as an in-between-dinner drink.
Good evening, Ponchan 😃.
Yes, this is my fourth one and I have one more waiting to be posted 😁.
I think it was better than the moon laurel so maybe you can try to book it next year? 😆
4.0/5.0 Late from the first spring: 😅😅
No aroma when opened.
A sip, and it has a good harmony of fresh lightness, spiciness and umami. Today, we had a glass with Itawasa, simmered radish, and grilled pork with mustard sauce. It is good.
Kyoto Pref. Miyazu City. Hakurei Sake Brewery Co.
SAKATON-DOJI Tachiharu Asa Shibori Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjo-shu.
This is the annual Risshun morning pressing of the Japan Famous Sake Brewers' Association.
Thank you to the sake brewers who pressed from early in the morning...almost midnight, to the Shinto priests who performed the purification from early in the morning, and to the sake shop owners who went to the brewery to pick up the sake 🙇.
This year we chose Hakurei Sake Brewery.
They seem to use Yamada Nishiki👍.
The sake drinking doji stamp on the label is cute😁.
I'll have it cold sake.
The aroma is sweet and fruity.
The mouthfeel is sweet and spicy, with a flat flavor.
Freshly pressed more than 10 hours ago ❗
The freshness and juiciness are fully felt without any loss of flavor.
The taste is delicious, and there is a bit of bitterness at the end, which gives it a nice sharpness👍.
It can be described as a mellow "umakuchi" type or a "umakuchi-temperate" type.
I wonder if this is the middle type 😁.
Ingredients: rice, rice koji (100% domestic rice)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 16
Good morning, Nemuchi! ☀️
I see you went with Hakurei! I like the idea of changing it every year 🤔 and I was strangely convinced at the middle mouth 😆 I'm going to pick up the Risshun morning squeezers today🤣.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛I decided to go with Hakurei Sake Brewery this year 😊I bought 2 bottles last year but I had a blast on my liquor store pilgrimage so I'll just have to settle for one 🤣I think I'll enjoy a different brewery each year 😆.
