I was curious about this restaurant after seeing it on TV.
My reservation was for a table, but thanks to the availability, I was guided to a seat at the counter.
Since we had gone to see the "Onikirimaru (mustache cutter)" sword on display at Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, we had this sake as our first drink.
It is just delicious. It is a drink in which you can strongly feel the flavor of rice rather than fruit or anything conceptual like that. The aftertaste is not too sweet, and it is really good.
Risshun morning pressing of Shuten Doji.
The mild sweetness, different from what we usually drink, makes us happy.
It is an accompaniment to celebrate Risshun. This year in Kyoto ^_^
As the name "devil's dry" suggests, it is spicy.
It makes my stomach feel warm when I drink it.
Mild on the palate
Spiciness comes a little later
Not much aroma
