Purchased at Yokohama Takashimaya Rice used is Kame-no-o type Koshihikari produced in Kasama City The alcohol is a little strong, but the taste is smooth and not like an unfiltered draft. It has a good balance of sweetness and bitterness and is refreshingly clean❣️. There aren't many unfiltered sake that are good all-around food sake, but this one seems to go well with all kinds of food❣️.

じぇんてぃーれ

やや濃いめの黄色、うわだち香は、穏やかながら、明確なきもと。乳酸、味わいは。さっぱりしたアタック、きもとと納豆の力強さ、樽の風味、江戸時代からの歴史を感じる。獺祭のように洗練はされてないけど、江戸っ子には獺祭は、粋ではないに違いない。女子受けはどうかとおもうが、大事な女子とは、一緒に味わいたい。そんな伝統を感じるお酒。
