Kashiwaroh Fireworks
3㌥ in a stylish slim bottle purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA.
Second fermentation in the bottle with a low alcohol content of 8%.
Serve cold.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a sizzling sound and saw fine bubbles rising from the bottom of the bottle, so I immediately poured it into a glass.
After pouring it into the glass, the bubbles continued to rise, and there was a pool of bubbles on the rim of the water.
The top aroma was a slight koji aroma and a slightly sweet aroma.
The color is a light cloudy with a slight yellowish tinge.
The mouthfeel is fizzy, like a lively chamomile.
After swallowing, a citrus aroma escapes into the nose, leaving behind a lactic acidity, sourness, and sweetness on the tongue. The aftertaste is followed by sweetness.
It is easy to drink like a juice, and although it feels sweet, it is surprisingly well-balanced as it is a junmai sake and is still delicious 😋.
I wish some of the big low alcohols had a fizzy feel...
Ingredients:Rice(domestic),Rice malt(domestic)
Rice polishing ratio:65
Alcohol content:8
Not enough to drink...The fourth one is a fresh wine that I went to buy during the rain storm. It was also delicious😋.
Autumn Dyed with Niigata Sake (3)
This autumn, we are holding a campaign on our own initiative to dye ourselves in Niigata sake.
3) Kashiwa Dew Sake's Yoshinoya
The campaign is to "Enjoy Yoshinoya sake at home" with that sake that goes well with beef dishes! The sake was opened on Halloween in Yoshinoya's colors.
Yoshinoya first? Halloween first?
The Yoshinoya website had instructions on how to drink it cold, so I drank it cold.
The sake has a pale green color.
The top aroma is of rice and green bamboo.
The smooth mouthfeel is followed by a moist and soft rice flavor, with a hint of sweetness in the middle part of the taste. The finish is crisp and dry.
We paired it with a sumptuous takeout of beef sukiyaki hot pot.
The sake played the role of rice in the sweet and savory flavor of the beef, while also refreshing the palate.
Beef is good, but I personally prefer the beef with the tofu and vegetables in the beef sukiyaki nabe broth.
Above all, the feeling of easy luxury makes me happy💕.
If you want to customize it, I also recommend heating sake. We'll warm it up even if you don't tell us. ♨️🍶
Good evening, Hirupeko 😃.
I've never heard of Yoshinoya giving a lecture on how to drink sake in this way 😳
I'm curious to know how it was when you tried it heated 🍶🐮🤤.
Good evening, Aladdin. I'm ready to warm up the sake. ♨️ Personally, I prefer heated sake because it blends with the beef oil and has a sharp bitter taste that makes it more sharp and sharp 😆 I'm just drinking it for some reason or another 😅.
Good evening, Dr. Peco.
I tasted it at the sake camp and had a good impression of it, but for some reason I didn't buy it 😭.
I guess it's designed to go well with beef bowl 🤔.
Good evening, master bouken. I knew you had tasted it! Even without the Yoshinoya pairing, it was still a good sake and delicious with side dishes for home drinking 😊.
Good evening, Peco 🦉.
Yoshinoya orange as Halloween🎃color 🤣.
This is quite a liverish thing to do, even with the instructions 😳 And it looks delicious: ❣️
I love the idea of a little luxury at Yoshinoya ✨.
Hello, Pon-chan. It was quiet at Yoshinoya on Halloween 🎃 I love this little luxury of sipping sake while eating beef sukiyaki hot pot 😋 Oh, what is the day of Halloween?
Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture. Kashiwa Rou Sake Brewery Co.
HAKURO sweet.
I tasted it and was impressed by its juice-like taste and its drinkability, so I bought 3 bottles at Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA.
I tasted it and was impressed by its juice-like taste.
The first aroma is softly of koji malt.
The color is cloudy and there are some fine koji-like fragments floating in the air.
It has a creamy, smooth, light mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet and sour, but it is about 80% gentle and moderate sweetness and 20% mild sourness, with some peachiness.
As bouken reviewed, it's also a bit briny.
It still drinks like a juice and is quickly emptied.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio:65
Alcohol content:8%.
Purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA
They had a 4-goupe, but I decided to go with 3㌥😅.
Low alcohol, sweet and sour.
It also has a lactobacillus-like taste 🐄.
I think it has a bit of a bran taste, but it's sweet and easy to drink.
I bought this one because I was confused with HANABI, which is a second fermentation in a bottle, but maybe I should have chosen HANABI...
Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA㉖
Kashiwa Dew booth.
Famous for its sake, which has been sold at Yoshinoya for 35 years. Now it is a group of Hamada Shuzo, famous for DAIYAMDE shochu.
The mannequin I spoke with at Keihan Moriguchi was there and remembered me.
He said it was better to taste it at the end because of its strong taste, so we tasted it almost at the end.
He was handling it all by himself and looked very busy.
Yoshinoya Honjozo Nama-Seikozo.
It has a gentle attack and a slight umami aftertaste. It has a gentle attack and a slight aftertaste of umami.
Kashiwa Dew Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Unpasteurized Sake
Recommended by Mr. Manekin. It has a clean and refreshing flavor that lingers on the tongue.
Kashiwa Dew Junmai Ginjo Tokubetsu Gohyakumangoku
It is hard but clear and refreshing, with a good umami taste and a little spicy.
Happo Junmai Seishu Kashiwa Dew HANABI
Second fermentation in bottle. It has a sweetness and umami with a low alcohol content. It is a good buy.
HAKURO SWEET
A nigori sake with a hint of lychee. Even beginners can enjoy this sweet and tasty sake.
Super-harakuchi Junmai Sake
Slightly spicy with a hint of lychee.
Kashiwa Dew W Yuzu
It has a lot of yuzu and can reset the inside of your mouth. Popular and almost sold out.
Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA㉖
After parting with Mr. Sakeran, we went to the Kashiwa Dew booth, which was manned by a mannequin who was at the Keihan Department Store event.
We passed by the booth several times on the way, but he said it tasted too strong, so we said we'd stop by at the end 😅.
I've had Sanzui before.
I drank
Yoshinoya Honjozo Nama-Shu
Sake served at Yoshinoya.
It has a slight sweetness and is beautiful and tasty for a honjozo sake.
Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-Shu Nama-Shu
Fruity, sweet and delicious 😋.
I think I've seen it somewhere, so I'll buy it if I see it!
Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku
Slightly smoky
Super dry junmai sake.
Dry but not too dry and easy to drink
Happo-happo Junmai Seishu HANABI
Second fermentation in bottle. It is sweet and tasty.
HAKURO SWEET
Very sweet, refreshing, light and delicious 😋.
Yuzu Sake
It is rich, fruity and delicious!
When Kashiwaroh Sake Brewery was part of the Sezon Group, Yoshinoya was also part of the Sezon Group, and it was served not only at Yoshinoya but also at Prince Hotel and sold at Seibu Department Store. So it seems that Kashiwa Dew is still served at Yoshinoya even today.
Kashiwa Dew Sake Brewery is now under the Hamada Sake Brewery's umbrella.
My second drink of the day was a nigori sake from Kashiwa Dew 😁.
I was looking at the menu (photo) to see what to have next, and I saw that they had nigori sake! As a nigori lover, I didn't hesitate to order it 👍.
It reminded me of doburoku from my recent trip to Hida Takayama!
I wish I could go to the Dobrok Festival 🤣.
The second Niigata souvenir. It may not be a Niigata-only sake, but it was delicious, so I bought it, he said.
It is 8% alcohol. This is a rice juice. It is slightly effervescent and has a refreshing rice sweetness.
Ponshu-kan is directly connected to Niigata Station. If you like Japanese sake, you can spend three days here. I tried various kinds of sake at the sake tasting corner. The lineup was centered around classic types of medium to dry sake. As a person who usually chooses modern type, I found something new!
