Evening drink at home.
A gift from my brother-in-law.
It's a Niigata-style light, dry sake.
Sashimi of tachi-oi, grilled saki
grilled sardine, kakiage of small shrimp, and

I took it deliciously.

I've never seen this brand before. It's mostly consumed in Niigata Prefecture, so it's not sold outside the prefecture. I was lucky enough to drink it 😄.
It's chilled but very juicy, and it's a true trendy combination of sweetness and refreshment. I drank it at the end of a drinking party, so there wasn't much left of the knob, but it's a very powerful drink that works well on its own.
I'd really like to taste it at home, so if I find it somewhere else, I'll definitely buy it 😙.
But I drank too much yesterday 😨

寿梨庵
I don't even remember when it started, or why, but I've always liked white geese. I found out that the young president of this Nakagawa brewery had passed away this summer, so I went to a special store and bought it. I would like to dedicate it to him.
It is 100% Echidanrei, 50% polished and unpasteurized. It has a thick body, which is typical of hiyaoroshi. It is veiled at first, but then a fruity pear-like aroma appears and a long bitter aftertaste follows at the end. I think it's a unique taste, even for Koshitanrei. Very satisfying.
I can't stop hoping for further development of the brewery.

口当たりじゅわっと濃厚な旨みと甘みが広がります。
酒米の越淡麗は、両親が山田錦と五百万石なんですね。山田錦の持つ甘さと、五百万石の持つ柔らかな香味の良いとこ取りな味がします！
度数が17％と高いので、程よく味わうとバッサリとパワフルにキレが来ます。甘さが残らなくてGoodです。
開けた翌日はガス感がなくなりまろやかさが増しました。
キレは健在なので、食中酒でもいけそうです。
鯖の味噌煮とか、モツ煮とかが合うかと！
