I've never seen this brand before. It's mostly consumed in Niigata Prefecture, so it's not sold outside the prefecture. I was lucky enough to drink it 😄. It's chilled but very juicy, and it's a true trendy combination of sweetness and refreshment. I drank it at the end of a drinking party, so there wasn't much left of the knob, but it's a very powerful drink that works well on its own. I'd really like to taste it at home, so if I find it somewhere else, I'll definitely buy it 😙. But I drank too much yesterday 😨

I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I bought this one that happened to catch my eye. The aroma is not that distinctive...but the mild taste of the rice 🍶 and the sweetness of the first mouthful keeps the pace going ✨.

I had it cold, and it has a delicious rice flavor that I have never felt with cold sake, and a mildness that makes it seem as if it were served at room temperature. Today's accompaniments were meat and vegetables, but I think sashimi would go well with it. I am going to prepare sashimi before I finish it.
