Koshino-Hakugan Junmai-shu Hand towel roll
Koshino "white" wild goose, a white of Koshinorokuhaku.
I won a Koshinorokuhaku gift! The Koshino "white" goose with the Koshinorokuhaku six-pointed star design... a red, loincloth...!
...Hoho...
The Koshino-Shiragan brewery of Nakagawa Shuzo uses limpid underground water from the Nishiyama mountain range located behind the brewery for brewing water, and uses mainly rice from Niigata Prefecture that has been polished to a high degree to make beautiful sake.
This hand towel was developed as a collaboration project with a dyeing factory under the concept of "conveying the traditional values of Niigata".
A tiger pattern for the year of the tiger. It's cute.
A gentle fragrance.
It has a rich, grain-like astringency.
There is a sourness that you can feel on your tongue.
The aftertaste gently fades out.
It is best to enjoy this kind of wine with food.
If you pair it with strong flavored side dishes
It has a soft and sweet taste.
When heated, the acidity and sweetness stand out, while the astringency and umami are also present.
