たっけんIn the mouth, it is soft and fluffy. Yet, it also has a delicious flavor, and you feel as if you are chewing on an oyster. It is kind of creamy and delicious. I think I've had a similar sake before, but I'm not sure what it was. Anyway, it is ranked as one of MY (cheap and tasty sake after a long time).
