When we press the new sake "Kuromatsu", which is the base of our sake brewing, we take the "Nakadori" part, which has a good balance of taste, and blend it with Daiginjo sake for the competition.
It is named Suisho because it is the new sake of Kurosho and has the meaning of young and fresh.
