I've never seen this brand before. It's mostly consumed in Niigata Prefecture, so it's not sold outside the prefecture. I was lucky enough to drink it 😄. It's chilled but very juicy, and it's a true trendy combination of sweetness and refreshment. I drank it at the end of a drinking party, so there wasn't much left of the knob, but it's a very powerful drink that works well on its own. I'd really like to taste it at home, so if I find it somewhere else, I'll definitely buy it 😙. But I drank too much yesterday 😨

October 15, 2023 Opening. Hometown tax return No. 6 Clean, no snagging, smooth ❗️ this is fish 🐟 today, it's Spanish mackerel with starchy sauce ^ ^. When drunk with a meal, it blends in with the meal and becomes one with it. ‼️ This is amazing ^ ^ As a food sake, it is extremely good. ☺️☺️ When heated, it doubles in sweetness❗️

He said it has settled down over time since he opened it. Half of the bottle. Fruity and fresh aroma. Trollied in the mouth, but light. Slightly aromatic flavor. Somewhat mushroomy. Not much to say. The assorted potato salad and mushrooms go well together.

Sake subs, to enjoy the taste more, usually At dinner when you can afford it First drink But today is my birthday, so let's open the second bottle and compare! It tastes as sweet as the first one. Since this is a set of 3 bottles, I would have liked a different tasting sake. I think I like the aftertaste of this one better than the first one.
