This is a fizzy sake made with 100% Juhonmashi rice from Fukuoka Prefecture. It was fun to open the bottle, taking care not to let the bubbles blow out, while slowly releasing the gas. It tasted smooth and easy to drink. Delicious! 13% and
I opened it in two days by myself, due to the low alcohol content 🙌
