A little schwishy at first.
Slightly sweet, full-bodied, and passing through the nose.
Delicious.
Definitely a repeat!
It seems to go well with tempura and simmered dishes.

A bottle selected for in-store tasting. Kimi no I Shuzo offers a warming set for tasting.
I tasted it cold at first, and then warmed it up to lukewarm. I decided on this bottle immediately.
The alcohol content is a bit high at 17%. It is 100% Yamadanishiki.
My husband only drinks it cold, so he would be surprised if I told him I drank it warmed. (Until about half a year ago, I only drank junmai daiginjo cold. My sake world has become richer in my opinion).
Lukewarm heating is the best.
Since my meal was junk and I had beer with it, this is my after-dinner drink today. The snack was salted boiled Niigata green soybeans!
Yamada Nishiki. I was surprised to find this in Tokyo! I just had it the other day and will have it again! It is dry but has a beautiful taste and is not too spicy. It is delicious with a unique umami flavor!
Junmai Daiginjo Keishin
100% Gohyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture
Alcohol content 16%.
Slightly acidic and dry
Purchased at a liquor store in Niigata City during a family outing during the summer vacation.
We enjoy it very much. ☺️
It is fruity and spicy, with a strong flavor that spreads quickly in the mouth and has a long aftertaste. It has a beautiful taste, and I met the croquette recommended by the lady at the restaurant. It is delicious!
