ぐがげごIt is not bad at all, but it is more of an extension of a regular junmai ginjo. While easy to drink, it lacks depth. ぐがげごUsually special junmai. Above standard. Slightly dry. It seems to go well with strong-flavored snacks. ぐがげごLight on the palate, with a cherry-like flavor on the back end. Because it is Yamagata? ぐがげごSlightly viscous, honey-like sweetness. Crisp, sharp and perfect for the fatty, aromatic bonito. And it is good cold or warmed. は らCold
