When I drink it cold... it's kind of thin?
The acidity is mild and it has the feel of an autumn sake, but the bitterness is not as pronounced as it should be.
But the bitterness is kind of noticeable 😅...
When I warmed it up, it was like this!
When it's hot, it smells like alcohol and chemical products.

I had a delicious meal...
It is so mild that at first you may think it is water. It is so light that you may think it is water at first, but the sweetness and acidity come gradually later.
It is aromatic and very soothing.

A type that makes you tremble. It is numbing to think that this type of sake can be found in fresh storage and fire-brewed throughout the four seasons.

It is a sloppy, cloudy sake, but the fizz and acidity make it refreshing to drink. Even after the carbonation wears off, the dry flavor makes it worth drinking.
