Today's dinner was 🍶.
The sake was custom brewed by Akita Sake Brewery of Yuki no Bijin by Jizakeya Sake Sake.
THEE ACE OF STARS
Gorgeous and elegant melon-like aroma.
Unlike what I imagined from the aroma, it feels spicier than the acidity level of -1. The umami spreads slowly. The bitterness is also felt, but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing.
I wondered if the temperature could be changed. I warmed it up to lukewarm.
The gentle aroma makes you imagine the sweetness that is typical of warmed sake. ☺️
Gentle sweetness. I want to drink it when it is still cold.
Both of these sake can be enjoyed in their own way!
