I received a bottle of Yuki no Bijin 🤣.
I found it a little sweet, but it was refreshing and easy to drink.
I wonder if Aiyama is the winner?
I'm not familiar with Akita Sake Komachi so I don't know🤣.
It has a moderate umami flavor with a pleasantly slight acidity. It was the kind of sake I wanted to drink only during this hot and humid season, even though it is autumn, and it soaked into my body. It may be a little insufficient with light-flavored sashimi.
This is one of the sakes we drank at the Akita Sake Festival.
An easy-drinking sake with fruity sweetness made from Omachi and a lingering bitterness typical of Yuki no Bijin.
Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture.
The mouthfeel was not too sweet, typical of Yamadanishiki.
It started off dry, but it was dry, so it came later.
But it was easy to drink.
The sweetness of the fillet is a good balance.
