Junmai-shu made from "Strong" sake rice, a sake rice produced only in Tottori Prefecture, with a milling ratio of 75%.
Tottori's fantastic revived rice "Strong" is made into sake in the traditional way of sake brewing, utilizing the power of nature.
It has a beautiful acidity and warms up when heated.
My girlfriend went to Tottori with a friend for a visit.
I wasn't going to go, but I did at the last minute🤣.
So!
I finally found a sake from Tottori✨.
When I think of Tottori, I think of strong.
I've never had strong before!
First we ordered three different strong sakes to compare 😆.
Inabatsuru, Hiokizakura and Chiyomusubi!
You can see the amber color!
All of them have a mature taste 😆.
The rice flavor is very strong!
It might be difficult for those who are not used to this mature taste 😆.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
Thanks for Tottori, I love Tottori💕.
Lots of fun memories!
The best San-in time!
Delicious crab and delicious sake!
Now I'm heading to Okayama by train 🚃.
I will drink again 🍺🍻!
Sakeya-no-Endo-san
A store right on Mizuki Shigeru Road.
The owner will tell you everything you need to know.
There was no Haru green this time!
I bought a Yokai no Kakushi Sake and others.
Banana melon type aroma to sweetness.
Alcoholic to sharp,
It is a solid sake that is easy to drink.
I enjoyed it with cheese and bean crackers after crab.
I recommend drinking it on the rocks due to its high alcohol content.

My wife's aunt went to Tottori to meet my sons and daughters.
My sons and aunt were having a great time, which made me happy as a parent 😊.
On the way home, we went to Inabatsuru and bought a bottle of their strong Jun Dai. I bought it without looking at the price at all and was in a cold sweat 💦 at the checkout 😆.
Even though we were visiting before closing time, they happily offered to take us to see the brewery. We were very happy to hear that. It was an enjoyable experience to see the fresh yabuta and smell the aroma of sake. Thank you very much.
Now, about the sake,
On the first day, it was served at room temperature, with a very rounded sweetness and umami flavor that once again reminded me of the high performance of strong sake.
On the second day, it was served at a cooler temperature, and it was a very good sake with a low sweetness and a clear and refreshing taste.
Then came the third day. What is it? Is it water? No, it is sake. It had changed to a smooth sake 😳.
It was an endless loop with supermarket sashimi 😅.
The brewer said that Nakagawa Sake Brewery helped revive strong rice, and I'm bowled over.
Hi Maru, good evening 🌙
Nice brewery 😊Your sons seem to be having a lot of fun🎶.
I remember drinking a draft of this sake at an outing in Tottori and it was the most delicious. ❣️ I would like to drink it at home and taste the changes in a few days of reviews!
Good morning, Maru 😃.
A bottle of sake that looks expensive 🤩An excellent food sake will take the taste of the snacks to the next level 🤗.
The 4th picture is a back view of father and son at the brewery! Nice photo 🥹Look forward to the future with the aroma lingering in your sons' noses!
Hi Pon 😊
My sons were so excited to have an unexpected visit 😆.
Even the parents are maxed out after finding a delicious sake brewery they wandered into 🍶.
Good evening, Maru-brother. The children in the photo look really happy 😊The sake is also quite good, and it's great that it's so easy to drink and tastes so good! Have a nice trip to Tottori💕.
Good evening Jay & Nobby 🌘.
It's an expensive drink, even tied with a red string 😭.
It tasted better for that though 😄.
By the way, the picture is of the brewery and my sons 🤣.
I'm the one snapping from behind 📷
Good evening, Tsubu-chan 🌘.
I tasted and paid the bill from "I'll have this one", so by the time I thought "Oh 😰", it was too late 🤣.
My dream is to grow up and drink with my children😄.
Good evening, Miss Peco 🌘.
I think it was a good memory for the children. The brewer asked me "You didn't eat natto, did you?" I was asked by the brewer, "You didn't eat natto, did you?
We also had some chiyomusubi at the inn👍.
It is a junmai sake made from a Tottori sake rice called "Goriki," not "Kikkouriki."
Unlike its name, it has an elegant top-fragrance.
The aroma is pure and refreshing, with a hint of rice that is not fruity.
The mouthfeel is of firm, uncluttered rice, with a lingering umami flavor.
It is a local flavor that has nothing to do with glamor.
Thank you very much.

Gorgeous aroma, gorgeous taste, sweet and delicious. Spicy taste at the end.
The overall balance is good, and the taste is round and very delicious ♡.
It was my favorite of all the sake we drank that day. ❣️
It went well with local dishes such as rakyo and tofu chikuwa.
I saw the ruins of Tottori Castle, which is one of the best castles in Japan, and Nifukaku, where Emperor Taisho visited when he was a Crown Prince.
Then, we went to Sunaba Coffee, which I had wanted to visit when I came to Tottori! It was hot, so I had an iced sausage coffee 🥤.
I'm very satisfied💕.
Ponchan koncha😁
Tenmari-san I went there a few times a few years ago, it's very close to the station so it's very convenient 👍 I think this image is on the second floor ⁉️
Hi kan!
Yes, yes 😆 it's on the second floor 👍You know very well 😳‼There was an event in front of the station on that day and the first floor was full💦The kind proprietress brought empty bottles to the second floor for photos 🙏. She was kind enough to bring empty bottles upstairs for our photo 🙏.
Hi Pon-chan, hello here too ☀☀☀.
You became famous when then Governor Hirai said, "We don't have Starbucks, but we have Snubba" 😁.
I'm sure the hot weather will make the drinks go up 😆.
Thank you for your time here too, Gyve 😊.
Yes, that's it 😆👍I had to go 😁I was surprised to see so many customers! It seems to be a local place, so I guess it's a well-loved restaurant 😊.
