Rice used is Yume-Ginko
This is my first brewery.
No matter how I try, I can't read "Ikujii".
It is smooth on the palate and has a crisp, refreshing taste that is typical of summer sake.
It's crisp, dry, and good after a bath.
There is also a junmai ginjo version, which I would like to try.

Hello, Sana D. I think Ikumichii is very rare outside of Aichi Prefecture. It is not glamorous, but I think it is a calm and beautiful sake that is typical of the local area (^_^).
