Chiebijin Junmai Sake
〜A toast to the daily life!
Can you make good sake by polishing rice?
We want to brew junmai sake that is clean, tasty, and crisp, even with a rice polishing ratio of 70%.
Above all, we want to deliver sake that impresses in everyday toasts.
This is why we created this sake.
This sake is a representative of "Chiebijin" because it is a junmai sake made without polishing the rice too much!

Producer : Nakano Sake Brewery
Pref. : Minami-Kitsuki, Kitsuki City, Honshu, Japan
THE Lychee
Gorgeous aroma reminiscent of lychee. The clean mouthfeel gives way to a crisp acidity. From there, a rich lychee-like aroma spreads and finishes with a lingering aroma and bitterness.
This is a tasting that offers a strong sense of lychee and white grape nuances. Unique but delicious😋.

Nice to meet you Chiebijin,
The label is so cute, I bought a packet ✨.
The bottle has a warning label on it.
It was opened with a nice sound, but the fizz was tame.
Sweet and sour and easy to drink.
It has a full flavor and richness thanks to the orikagari.
The body is slightly medium light✨.
It is a sake that can be served with both Japanese and Western cuisine, but be careful not to drink too much.
My wife chose LAPIN because of the adorable rabbit 🐇.
You can sense a slightly sweet ginjo aroma.
After the modest acidity, the gentle sweetness and umami spreads softly, and the pleasant aftertaste makes me feel happy 🍸✨.
Chiebijin is wonderfully delicious 🍸💕
You must have chosen it just because of the pretty label, but your insight to see through to the deliciousness.
It's as if they can see right through me and I can't do anything wrong (sweat)!

This bottle was selected by the manager!
It seems that this sake was designed to go well with oysters, and is brewed with white wine yeast.
Why was it designed to go with oysters? 🤔 I thought, but it seems that the city of Kitsuki, where the brewery is located, also specializes in oysters ☝.
Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it with oysters, but I had it with my favorite blue cheese and avocado steal...
Very tasty with a wine-like acidity 😋.
Certainly this was a drink I would like to try with oysters and seafood carpaccio... lol... d
Chiebijin.
This is not wine, though I can see that it is inspired by wine.
But it has the atmosphere of wine.
But sorry.
I drank it not in a wine glass but in my own cup.
