This is a good example of both rich and mellow flavor and good aftertaste.

Ehime Prefecture's Saijo City is famous for its "Uchi-nuki" water, which gushes out of the Ishizuchi mountain range all over the city.
Instead of hiring a master brewer, the three brothers spend a lot of time and effort making sake with this high-quality water.

Scent : A fruity scent reminiscent of pineapple.
