Today it is Sukigokoro.
Sake from Ehime. This is the first sake brewery I have ever heard of.
I couldn't read it if it wasn't written in hiragana;
The aroma is sweet like watermelon with a hint of greenness.
When you take a sip, it tastes like Omachi.
This sake has a light and refreshing taste, and while it has the juiciness and bitterness typical of Omachi, it is not harsh and can be enjoyed lightly. Well-balanced and delicious!
This is the first sake I have encountered in a long time when I went to a liquor store with no plan. It was a good encounter ^ ^.
When drunk cold, the aroma is fruity, typical of daiginjo-style sake, but quite subdued.
The color is slightly yellow.
In the mouth, it has a strong flavor for a daiginjo and a slightly unique, hard, richness.
It has a taste similar to that of the old incense found in previous sakes.
The unique richness is contrasted with a short aftertaste with a slight dryness.
I would like to try it at different temperatures, such as hot sake, because I have the impression that Shikoku sake is a unique and interesting brand that I have never had before.
How did you get in touch with your favorite liquor store?
Ehime sake is not so familiar in Tohoku 😥.
I wonder if I could have opened the bottle at the offline meeting because of the name of the sake? 🤔
I hope to spend every day with a smile like the sake name 😊.
The aroma is very grape🍇ish but
Peach🍑? Apple🍎? Anyway, it's a gorgeous mixture of various fruits 😆.
The taste is clean, sweet and delicious 😋.
There's a slight alcohol taste, but it's a good accent and it's very refreshing.
It's a good accent and it's very crisp 😆.
It's a little dry after a while 🤔.
I realized after drinking it.
Nikomar is the name of sake rice 🤣.
Hello etorannzyu😃.
Sounds like a sharp mixed juice 🥤❗️
When it gets hot, I want summer fruits like peach🍑 and 🍇...
I don't think there is any sake like watermelon🍉 though 🤣.
Good evening etorannzyu😄!
I like the label 😆👍🏻I'm surprised that there is a rice called Nicomar 🫢I'm sure just having this sake on hand will cheer me up ♫ I'd like to try it 😊♪
Hi Haruei Chichi 😃
It seems less acidic but has quite a bit of fruitiness 🎶.
Is it a watermelon-like sake 😅?
I wonder if there is such a thing? 🤔
I'm a little curious 🤣.
Hello Manachie 😃
It really does look like graffiti, but it's a nice touch 🤣.
It tastes like fruit, but surprisingly it's more spicy than sweet, which is also interesting 😋.
Hello Erin 😃
I bought this last month 🎶.
I'm going to this liquor store this coming Saturday or Sunday, so if there are any left, I'll secure it for you?
Hi, Tsubu 😃.
I saw it for the first time too 🤣.
You really have a unique smile that cheers me up 🎶.
I think I'll wash it and decorate it after I finish drinking it. 🤣

It's still good! A little bit of alcohol smell, but
A bit of an alcohol smell, but it's a ginjo quality honjozo!
The sake from this brewery is really good.
Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of pineapple, with a gentle, calm aroma reminiscent of grain. The aroma is strong. The mouthfeel is smooth. The aroma on the nose is also pineapple-like. After a while, mild acidity and gentle astringency follow. Contrary to the strength of the aroma, the mouthfeel is moderate. However, if you keep it in your mouth, you will not be able to stop the lingering flavor like a snack food. The aftertaste is moderate. It is a mellow sake.
On the second day after opening the bottle, it became juicier and more fruity, reminiscent of grapes. When I heated it up, the acidity became more pronounced and the richness increased even more.
[Tasting]
Koshihikari
Sweet and dry taste
When I first took it in my mouth, I could feel the fresh sweetness, but it became dry in the latter half. It also had a firm drinking quality.

This is the first time I've drunk this since they changed the label design. Mild but fruity. It has a calm feeling. It has a melon-like atmosphere. Deep and juicy.
