Purchased at a liquor store in Kasuga City Recommended by the store owner after telling him my preference. (Just after opening the package) Drink cold Clear and colorless Ginjo aroma similar to melon Mellow flavor fills the mouth. Slightly lactic sweet and sour taste. The lingering finish is long and leaves a refreshing sweetness on the palate. No dryness is felt. Quite a tasty sake, just the way I like it! Surprisingly, it goes better with salted squid than cheese.

Nikomaru is rice rice! It is said to be a sake brewery that produces only a tiny amount of rice. I drank a lot that day so I'm a little fuzzy💦. It was definitely a nigori sake for a mealtime drink: 💁‍♂️

6 or 7 years ago? I got hooked on sake after drinking it during a trip to Ehime.... Memories of this sake. I remember drinking nigori together at that time. I remember that the nigori sake was so delicious with its petitiveness and acidity. This time, this sake also had a rich aroma and a strong umami flavor. It was a beautiful sake.

Today it is Sukigokoro. Sake from Ehime. This is the first sake brewery I have ever heard of. I couldn't read it if it wasn't written in hiragana; The aroma is sweet like watermelon with a hint of greenness. When you take a sip, it tastes like Omachi. This sake has a light and refreshing taste, and while it has the juiciness and bitterness typical of Omachi, it is not harsh and can be enjoyed lightly. Well-balanced and delicious! This is the first sake I have encountered in a long time when I went to a liquor store with no plan. It was a good encounter ^ ^.

When drunk cold, the aroma is fruity, typical of daiginjo-style sake, but quite subdued. The color is slightly yellow. In the mouth, it has a strong flavor for a daiginjo and a slightly unique, hard, richness. It has a taste similar to that of the old incense found in previous sakes. The unique richness is contrasted with a short aftertaste with a slight dryness. I would like to try it at different temperatures, such as hot sake, because I have the impression that Shikoku sake is a unique and interesting brand that I have never had before.

How did you get in touch with your favorite liquor store? Ehime sake is not so familiar in Tohoku 😥. I wonder if I could have opened the bottle at the offline meeting because of the name of the sake? 🤔 I hope to spend every day with a smile like the sake name 😊. The aroma is very grape🍇ish but Peach🍑? Apple🍎? Anyway, it's a gorgeous mixture of various fruits 😆. The taste is clean, sweet and delicious 😋. There's a slight alcohol taste, but it's a good accent and it's very refreshing. It's a good accent and it's very crisp 😆. It's a little dry after a while 🤔. I realized after drinking it. Nikomar is the name of sake rice 🤣.
