Today it is Sukigokoro.
Sake from Ehime. This is the first sake brewery I have ever heard of.
I couldn't read it if it wasn't written in hiragana;
The aroma is sweet like watermelon with a hint of greenness.
When you take a sip, it tastes like Omachi.
This sake has a light and refreshing taste, and while it has the juiciness and bitterness typical of Omachi, it is not harsh and can be enjoyed lightly. Well-balanced and delicious!
This is the first sake I have encountered in a long time when I went to a liquor store with no plan. It was a good encounter ^ ^.

Sukigokoroニコマル純米大吟醸
くま吉
When drunk cold, the aroma is fruity, typical of daiginjo-style sake, but quite subdued.
The color is slightly yellow.
In the mouth, it has a strong flavor for a daiginjo and a slightly unique, hard, richness.
It has a taste similar to that of the old incense found in previous sakes.
The unique richness is contrasted with a short aftertaste with a slight dryness.
I would like to try it at different temperatures, such as hot sake, because I have the impression that Shikoku sake is a unique and interesting brand that I have never had before.

Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of pineapple, with a gentle, calm aroma reminiscent of grain. The aroma is strong. The mouthfeel is smooth. The aroma on the nose is also pineapple-like. After a while, mild acidity and gentle astringency follow. Contrary to the strength of the aroma, the mouthfeel is moderate. However, if you keep it in your mouth, you will not be able to stop the lingering flavor like a snack food. The aftertaste is moderate. It is a mellow sake.
