Haruichirin Junmai Ginjo Nigori Sake Hon Nama Shu
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15%.
I have a record of having encountered this somewhere before 2017, but decided to register it again, including the image.
It has a refreshing ginjo aroma that is a bit different from the fruity aroma. It is slightly effervescent, with just a hint of the shuwashu of nama-shu, and in the mouth you can taste a bit of acidity, followed by a slight bitterness.
It is a nigori sake with the same degree of nigori as orikarami, so it could be considered a slightly sweet sake, but it is also a slightly dry sake.
I think it is a slightly dry sake. This is just my personal opinion (^◇;)💦.

Restaurant attached to the brewery, here's the finish. The light nigori ✨, refreshing 😆, pleasant sake 🍶 sweet and mellow 👍 Duck 🦆 dipped soba noodles, assorted sausages and other dishes that go well with sake and beer 🎉!

I drank it at a restaurant and enjoyed it, so I bought it as a souvenir. It is refreshing, sharp and spicy. Not too harsh. Mix them. Mellow and sweet. The taste is good. It was the right choice to mix it.

Here is the second cup at the restaurant attached to the Kiuchi Sake Brewery 😅 Slightly yellow. Mellow ☺️ and light compared to the first cup "Jun". Aroma is a little whiskey barrel feel 🥃. The fried buckwheat noodles are delicious 😋.

Soba noodle shop attached to Kiuchi Sake Brewery. After toasting with Nest Beer🍺, we had a standard Junmai-shu. Sharp, strong alcohol, phenolic aroma, and sweetness later. It is a good match for the mellow beef stew (sweet miso, maiyoo!) 😋. Feels mild: ☺️

Visited Kiuchi Sake Brewery in Hitachi-Konosu. Dry, strong acidity with a strong umami flavor. Refreshing✨We had it at the counter in a relaxed atmosphere as there were few people due to the rain 😋.

From Mito, take the Suigun Line to Hitachi-Konosu 🚃 owl🦉 to the Kiuchi Sake Brewery, famous for its Nest Beer 🚶 and have a cup at the counter by the store 🍶.
Aromatic and soft. Pleasant sake.

Pon-chan, thank you for your comment😊Kiuchi Sake Brewery, I think they are more famous for their Nest Beer🍺🦉, but their sake is also quite good. The atmosphere of the brewery is also very nice 🎉.
Slightly grayish and clear, with aromas of yogurt, Kamishinko, green bamboo, and honeysuckle. The attack is rather weak, with a gentle acidity and a rather long finish.
100% Aizan, 50% polished rice, 16% alcohol.
It has a nutty aroma and rounded sweetness, but the aftertaste is sharp. It is a good match with well-flavored simmered dishes such as inari-zushi, which will neutralize the flavor.

★★★☆☆
I heard that this sake is only available in spring.
It was the last one at the liquor store, so I bought it!
The first time I opened it, I could feel the aroma of koji.
And you can smell the koji aroma quite well!
I recommend it to those who like the smell of koji!
(I don't like it so much... I like sake, but I don't know why...)
I was curious about Hitachiniku Brewery.
It's a beer place, but I can't drink, so I ordered sake, which was very fruity and delicious!
All the sake is from Ibaraki.
The plum wine was also delicious.
It is famous for its beer, but it is also a solid sake brewery. As the name "Pure Ibaraki" implies, the sake is produced in Ibaraki Prefecture.
The sake has a soft, rice-like aroma when you drink it. The taste is pleasant and easy to drink, with no persistent aftertaste. It is a sake that does not interfere with the taste of food and is easy to pair with food.
50% polished rice
Slightly aromatic in a traditional way.
Crisp and dry with a hint of acidity. It is not too harsh and spicy, but not too mild either.
Surprisingly easy to drink. It is easy to drink with pickled vegetables.
Sake bought at Itako Roadside Station
Because we had a long way to go home, we selected sake that we could take home at room temperature.
And it comes in a box.
Ahhh, nice!
Calm aroma and taste
No twisted aroma or taste
A drink that never tires.
I like it.
Alcohol content: 17%.
Rice polishing ratio: 65
