On the last day of a three-day weekend, I thought I would just relax and drink at home, but my wife gave me orders and instructions one after another. I thought I could finally have a drink after all that, but I had to pick up my child from soccer in 30 minutes.... I decided to have a light one. When I took a sip, a nice aroma of rosemary passed through my nose first, and I felt really refreshed. I don't think it smells of strawberries. The gasiness is quite strong. The usual sweet and sour, my favorite Librom flavor. I think I like the combination of fruit and herbs the best. The strawberry 🍓 flavor comes through in the second half, and my mouth at the end of the drink is in the same state it was after eating strawberries! One of the best Libroms I've ever had! I could drink this forever. But I have to go out soon....

Happy New Year! We started the year with L'Oribrom Lemon Verbaine Orikarami ver. We ordered Osechi at Librom and this sake came with it. It is firmly in the active carbonated type. It is delicious with the aroma of lactic acid bacteria and the freshness of lemon.

The sourness lingers and is right in the middle of my tastes. In the second half, the acidity changes to a pleasant astringency. The lingering astringency is a nice ending. Actually, I didn't like the last chestnut vanilla, but this time it was perfect. Stable Librom. I hope there are still some amaou left...

Long time no Librom....got a new one today but I still have one in the fridge so I'll pass on it.... Lilly space is fast.... Well, this time it's chestnut and vanilla. I guessed it would probably be sweet, and I was right. I can definitely smell the chestnut aroma, but I wonder where the vanilla went. The gasiness is just a little bit. The sweetness is quite intense. There is some acidity, but the sweetness is quite dominant, giving the impression of a dessert wine. The second half finishes with a bit of alcohol, which is rare for Librom, and the 16% alcohol content gives it a strong punch. It was a little different from my usual Librom image, but I finished it before I knew it and enjoyed it well enough. I prefer Librom with lower alcohol content and higher acidity, so I have high expectations for the next Amao and Rosemary.

I finished my last Red Takeshi, but I'm in the mood for an additional, lighter refill. I've found just the thing. Now, my favorite new Librom is called Autumn King, and it is persimmon. When you take a sip, you can definitely smell the persimmon aroma. And this time, the yogurtiness is high. I don't really feel the gasiness, which is a bit disappointing. Sweet and sour, Librom's stable, but this time the sourness is more pronounced and stimulating 💋. The alcohol content is a little higher than usual (but still 12%), so you can feel some alcohol, but that is also perfect for strong dishes. The acidity lasts until the end. Librom never fails me! It has a strong acidity and lactic acidity, which is right up my alley. I wish the gasiness was stronger.

Craft liquor made with an herb called lemon verbena. I had never heard of this herb🌿 itself. The aroma is not something I've smelled before, but it smells very nice. The gasiness is quite strong. The sweetness and acidity are clear and refreshing. I am always surprised by Librom's sake. The acidity is strong, and it never loses its grip on the tongue until the very end. I was sweating on the bridge of my nose after finishing it, so it seemed to have quite a strong acidity. This is one of my favorite Libroms. I was surprised at how well herbs and sake go together. I heard that the next one is themed on persimmons, so I went out and bought some yesterday.

Lately, I seem to be drinking Librom at the rate of about one out of every two bottles.... This time it's apples🍎. The aroma is not so strong as apples. The aroma is quite mild. The gasiness is there, but not as much as the usual Librom schwash. The appleiness is more in the mouthfeel, like eating apples. Very strange. Mild sweetness with a crisp, strong acidity. The acidity quickly fades away and finishes with a gentle bitterness. The acidity lingers in the aftertaste. Less fruity than the usual Librom, but very tasty as a sake, so I was very satisfied. Next Librom will be Lemon Bar something!

The first bottle of Librom's all koji sake, which is unique among Librom's products, was opened. The aroma and taste are both super unique and difficult to describe with a metaphor or something. This is my first experience. No gassiness. The taste is rather strong in both sweetness and sourness, rather harsh, but it seems to hold its own at a level where it is perfectly balanced and drinkable. It goes really well with boiled peanuts with salt. The acidity, which seems to have matured considerably, tightens it up at the end. Surprisingly beautiful aftertaste. It is best to drink it when it is well chilled. When warmed up, it is a bit harsh. But it goes well with food.

I hear Librom is now available for purchase in Japan! As a self-supporting group, we are happy to hear this. The Grape 🍇, the older man at Isego told us to be careful when opening the Orikagarami version, so we carefully opened the bottle. The automatic stirring device worked, but the bottle was opened safely in about 5 minutes. The aroma was of grapes and their peeled fruits. It was like when you put a grape in your mouth. The gasiness is extremely strong. The sweetness and acidity are exquisite. Every time I drink Librom, I think it has a high degree of perfection as a sake. The sweetness changes to acidity and finishes with a tightening of the tongue. The astringency at the end is the best. It was delicious again. Easy to drink, strong acidity, and low alcohol content, this is the kind of sake I like. Tomorrow, I'm going to go buy some Apple!

Fourth bottle of Librom, this time mango🥭. I was confident (?) that it would taste good. I was so confident that I could open it with confidence, but then it almost spilled 💦. The aroma is, of course, mango🥭. The lactic acidity is higher than before and goes perfectly with the mango aroma. The gasiness is schwashy. Both sweet and acidic are very crisp. The acidity is stronger, but not too strong and refreshing. It has a mango yogurt atmosphere. The acidity changes to a slight astringency at the end. This astringency is exquisite and leaves a lingering aftertaste, just like after eating a piece of fruit. Anyway, it is delicious and I am amazed that it is not at all out of place. I think it deserves more recognition, but there are not many postings on Sake-no-wa, perhaps because it is not yet well known, or perhaps because there are not many places that sell it. You've been duped, buy it!!!!
