I finished my last Red Takeshi, but I'm in the mood for an additional, lighter refill. I've found just the thing.
Now, my favorite new Librom is called Autumn King, and it is persimmon. When you take a sip, you can definitely smell the persimmon aroma. And this time, the yogurtiness is high. I don't really feel the gasiness, which is a bit disappointing.
Sweet and sour, Librom's stable, but this time the sourness is more pronounced and stimulating 💋.
The alcohol content is a little higher than usual (but still 12%), so you can feel some alcohol, but that is also perfect for strong dishes. The acidity lasts until the end.
Librom never fails me! It has a strong acidity and lactic acidity, which is right up my alley. I wish the gasiness was stronger.
