If we were going to open at odd hours on a weekday, we decided to go with something easy to drink, so we chose Librom.
This time, it's a Seekwasa. It must be delicious.
The aroma is citrusy. I don't know much about what a seekwerser smells like, but it smells super nice. And of course, it has a nice gassy, shwashy feeling.
The sweetness is firm, but less than usual. On the other hand, the acidity is strong and intense. It's a Seekwasa, after all.
The sourness changes to astringency. This time, the astringent taste is distinctive, and you can feel the seekwasha all the way to the end. Excellent.
Another wonderfully tasty Librom. I like Librom with herbs and citrus the best. Gotta go buy some mandarin 🍊s this weekend!
