Lately, I seem to be drinking Librom at the rate of about one out of every two bottles.... This time it's apples🍎.
The aroma is not so strong as apples. The aroma is quite mild. The gasiness is there, but not as much as the usual Librom schwash.
The appleiness is more in the mouthfeel, like eating apples. Very strange. Mild sweetness with a crisp, strong acidity.
The acidity quickly fades away and finishes with a gentle bitterness. The acidity lingers in the aftertaste.
Less fruity than the usual Librom, but very tasty as a sake, so I was very satisfied.
Next Librom will be Lemon Bar something!
