I wonder what kind of cinnamon would be with the amauros. I don't drink a lot of cinnamon coffee, but cinnamon in craft brews is not so upfront! The strawberry aroma and taste of Amaou is good♪ knowledge The secondary ingredient, Amaou, is strawberries carefully grown at Uruu Farm in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture. This Uruu farm is certified as a special cultivation (called "eco agricultural products" in Fukuoka Prefecture) with a 1% certification rate. They stick to traditional land cultivation and grow strawberries with safe and secure taste and high quality. In this case, fresh ripe Amaou picked in the morning and frozen the same day are used. The other secondary ingredient, cinnamon, comes from Izumiya Rokuji in Itoshima, a famous tourist destination in Fukuoka. In Itoshima, there is a document that states that cinnamon has been cultivated since the Nara period (710-794). Izumiya Rokuji is engaged in the entire process from cultivation to commercialization of agricultural products with the desire to make people beautiful from within and to convey the charm of Itoshima's land and history. The aroma and sweet-sourness of the amaou (sweet red pepper) bring the whole thing together, and the strong flavor is reminiscent of strawberry jam, with the sweet aroma of cinnamon coming through softly afterward. Next up: mint. I love mint❤ I also like mint tea 🍵 and plum wine with mint! It's hard to describe in one word, but it tastes great! Now I want to drink some more! knowledge Mojito mint from Future Agriculture Lab 895, an indoor hydroponic, pesticide-free grower in Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture, is used. Agriculture Lab 895 is a futuristic farming operation that utilizes an abandoned school to grow crops using only liquid fertilizer and LED lights. By looking at the data from last year's very popular LIBROM Mint, the amount of mint, soaking time, and other factors were carefully considered, and the liquor was designed to have a stronger minty flavor than last year's. The result is a minty, sweet, sour, and sour mint that is perfect for the hot season. The result is a sweet and sour craft saké that is perfect for the hot season, with a cool and refreshing taste. As he poured me a bottle of Toyobai, the master asked me to try one of these bottles, and four unusual bottles were lined up! Oh, they were LIBROM! A brand you sometimes see at Sake-no-wa! It's a Craft Sake! First, the Mikan 🍊! Mikan, it tasted just like it should! Talking with the staff at the store, I met many people! We talked about sake from all over Japan and Sapporo! Thank you very much for the sake! extensive knowledge LIBROM" is brewed by LIBROM Craft Sake Brewery, which has a brewery in the city of Fukuoka Prefecture. With the concept of "making sake culture more accessible," the brewery is led by Mr. Yagyu, the brewery's representative, and Mr. Anami, the toji, and brewed by a small group of people. First mint in a year; I hear it's a summer tradition in Librom. The aroma is mint, of course, but this time there is also a slightly strange spicy note. The gasiness is schwashy. Not too sweet for Librom. The acidity is firm, but more refreshing than usual. The acidity is crisp and finishes quickly. By Librom standards, it is quite dry. The refreshing and crisp quality, combined with the minty aroma, makes this a perfect summer sake.

I've been saving this Librom for quite a while, and when I picked it up, I realized it was leaking a bit.... It seems to be a bit leaky........ The aroma, if you call it kiwi, it is, but what I thought of was that it smelled like Librom. It has a lactic acid aroma, and this time it also has a Yamahai-like flavor. The gasiness is quite strong. Maybe I left it too long... Sweeter than usual. The acidity is even stronger. It is quite stimulating. The acidity continues until the end and finishes as it is. The aftertaste is sweet. Maybe it was because I hadn't had Librom in a while, but I thought it had quite a punch. It certainly has a flashy taste. Next, mint!

Craft Sake Tomato, Kiwi, and Cola Comparison Hinohikari 🌾 Rice produced in Fukuoka Prefecture Polished 92% Kake/68% Koji Of the three, my favorite is cola! Aroma of spices in the mouth! Yomeishu Sour 😋. The medicinal taste is similar to the craft cola drinks from Sapporo 🥃✨. I imagined Max🍅 to have a strong acidity like dried plums, but the juice is sweet but surprisingly dry and young🍅🥤. Kiwi 🥝 is the least assertive and easiest to drink koji sour All were delicious 😋😋.

GW has started, but due to work commitments, I can't go anywhere this year. My wife and kids are going to my wife's parents' house, so unfortunately I have to drink a lot of sake by myself. Well, too bad, too bad. The first shot of GW is Librom's cola. Coincidentally, I made my own craft cola last week, so I was curious to open the bottle. The first thing I did when I opened the bottle was to say, "Mmmm, this is a problem! It's not a cola, but a complex spice aroma, or more specifically, a Chinese medicine. Of course, the gassy feeling is a bit gassy. Sweeter than usual. The acidity is also strong. There is also a lactic acidity. The acidity is followed by a long finish. The aftertaste is sweet and sour. The alcohol content is 9%, so it is refreshing and easy to drink. I wonder if this is Librom's newest creation. The spice added to the usual herbs and citrus makes it very complex and unprecedented. I have a kiwi 🥝 waiting in the fridge, so I think I'll open it during the GW.

Three bottles of Librom are waiting in the fridge. I have to open them as soon as possible. This time it is blood orange. When I open it, I can smell the aroma of citrus fruits. When I take a sip, I can't tell if it's blood orange or not, but it has a very nice citrus aroma. The gasiness is still a bit gaseous. After the sweetness, there is a strong sourness. Oh, this is a nice acidity. The acidity is followed by an astringent taste, and the wine finishes with the sensation of having taken a bite out of an orange. The sweet and sour astringency lingers in the aftertaste. I always write about how good it tastes, but this time I think it is even better. The balance between the fruity flavor and the sweet, sour, and astringent after the gassiness is gone is superb.

Librom's new product is out and we are finally three laps behind. The gap is only widening, but let's open up our stock to keep up. Strawberry and hibiscus are the secondary ingredients. The strawberry aroma is mild, with a hint of hibiscus. Again, a gaseous feeling. It is a little sweeter than usual, but the sweetness is refreshing. The acidity is also present, but it is a little weaker than the previous ginger. The balance between the two may increase the strawberry flavor. The acidity fades away quickly and smoothly at the end. The finish is beautiful. The aftertaste is sweet and sour, just like strawberries. Again delicious, Librom's fruity and herb/spice wines are not to be missed: ‼️

A new type of craft saké is made by adding fruits and other secondary ingredients in addition to traditional sake ingredients. Librom is a well-known maker of craft saké in Fukuoka. The one we received this time was a ginger craft saké. In a word, it tastes like ginger ale. It has a strong ginger flavor, but it also has a strong sweetness and a slight sourness.

Opened a bottle of Librom for the first time in a while. Every time I go to the liquor store, I think, "Oh, there's another new one..." But then I remember how empty my fridge is and give up... When I opened the bottle, it sparkled lightly! My hands got all sticky, so I guess it's pretty sweet? Just by putting my nose close to the glass, I could smell the ginger aroma. It also has a nice ginger aroma when you drink it, and combined with the gaseous feeling, it has a ginger ale feel to it. The taste is also quite sweet. The sourness is also noticeable, but the sweetness is more pronounced than usual. The ginger aroma and this sweetness may be the reason why it gives the impression of ginger ale. After the sweet and sour taste, it finishes with a very refreshing astringent taste. The aftertaste is sweetness. For a Librom, it was a sweet drink, but it was really easy to drink like a juice, so I tipped my glass around a lot, which was getting dangerous... Next up: strawberry, lemon, blood orange. I'll have to catch up soon: ‼️

It's been a long time since I last visited Librom, which I bought as a New Year's sake, but was pushed away from other new sake in March... The aroma is of fruity mandarin oranges. Not that strong, but the citrus aroma is perfect. The gassy feeling is mochi shuwashu. According to the official Twitter, it is recommended to open it a few months after you buy it, because the gassy feeling will be stronger. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong. It tastes drier than usual, and was probably intended to be paired with New Year's dishes. At the end, the sourness changes to astringency, which is the end of citrus itself. I've tried many craft saké, but Librom is still my favorite. Today I bought a ginger. They're releasing strawberries too, so I've got to catch up fast!
