I drank 2 kinds of drinks and can't register😭
Mutoya is located on the first floor of Sendai Station.
You can always sample more than 20 kinds of sake. I had an errand to run later, so I had two kinds of the smallest quantity, 50ml 400yen. The staff lady was very knowledgeable about sake and gave me her recommendation.
The first type was a muddy sake that she recommended when I told her I liked nama sake. It is "Awasetsu no Matsushima" by Yamatogura Sake Brewery. It is dry, but goes down a treat.
The second type of sake was "Shoun Kinryu" by Kinryuzo, which the lady recommended as "fragrant and a little sweet. Indeed, it had a mellow aroma. Cheetara? It was perfect for a cheetara snack.
The staff is very attentive and helpful, so please go there and try their sake.
It is said to be a good luck sake, so I decided to have it right away 🍶.
It is easy to drink and delicious with a thick sweetness that seems to spread in the mouth☺️I'm wondering what I will drink it with tomorrow 🤔.
It's like a normal delicious taste.
Fresh, fruity, sweet and delicious.
I didn't find anything unique about it.
but I got the impression that it was safe and tasty.

It is supposed to be served at room temperature or lightly chilled, but the liquor store recommended lukewarm ❤.

It has a nice aroma without being overpowering when warmed.
I think it would be good at a higher temperature.

I drank the pink label one and have a black label sake waiting for me 😊 ♫ Oh lucky sake, I want to drink it too 🤣!
Sake made with 100% Yamada-Nishiki.
It has a strong sweetness and a lingering bitterness.
It is quite bitter and dry.
Goes well with meals.

Delicious. It has the flavor of rice, is not too gorgeous, is easy to drink, and is great as a food sake. No wonder it says to drink it at room temperature or slightly chilled.
