It's like a normal delicious taste. Fresh, fruity, sweet and delicious. I didn't find anything unique about it. but I got the impression that it was safe and tasty.

We'll take your lucky sake 🎵! From the second brewery of Ichinokura, the Kinryu brewery, the Shoun Kinryu! It is supposed to be served at room temperature or lightly chilled, but the liquor store recommended lukewarm ❤. Delicious 🎶! At room temperature, it's crisp and acidic! It has a nice aroma without being overpowering when warmed. I think it would be good at a higher temperature. My three-day New Year's vacation weekend is coming to an end today...I'm going to start working hard again tomorrow! I'm ready to get going again tomorrow! I'm thinking about the Nasso and Shoun Kinryu from yesterday, drinking them side by side, alternating between them, and thinking, oh, I had some mimolette cheese in the fridge ❤ 😆🧀.

Shoun Kinryu, which I drank the other day and enjoyed. I got the original Kinryu (20BY) before the name and label were changed. This Kinryu is very rare because only the already shipped bottles are available. There may be some left in Miyagi prefecture. The name "Kinryu" comes from the Kanada area where the brewery is located and the dragon, which is believed to be the god of water. The brewery still adheres to the tradition of cold brewing and small brewing, and continues to preserve the traditional techniques of the brewery. The top-tasting aroma is a mild ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet with a thud of umami! Slightly acidic. There is a slight sake-like aftertaste, but it is cut off by a firm bitterness and a light astringency that comes later. Yum! The transparency of the sake is well maintained, and the taste is classical. It is a bottle that shows off the traditional spirit and the earnestness of the toji. Thank you very much!

It's fresh without any peculiarity, but rich and mysterious... Delicious... It has a rice-like flavor, but with a clean aftertaste! What is this mysteriousness? When I looked at the description, I found out that it's made by maturing raw sake at low temperatures... 100% Kuranohana rice...I've never heard of this before...could this be the original rice? I enjoyed it with a hot pot!
