Kotobuki Mangame Hekikai Junmai Ginjo 1866 yen
Found this one at a sake brewery we met on the way back from a mountain hike 👀It's suitable for hot sake, so we tried it hot today. Today's snacks were nabe (hot pot) and potatoes with bacon. The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma. The first attack is gentle sweetness and then gradually the dryness comes in☺️ too hot but it looks good lukewarm ✨I want to drink it chobi-chobi-chobi but it's so good it runs out quickly🤣I found a good sake🙆♀️
Purchased at a roadside station in Chiba.
It has a moderate sweetness and umami flavor, and is refreshing to drink.
It is also very good for heating sake.
The name "Jumangame" is also very nice.
It's not a drink that should be laid to rest...
The aroma has a strong alcohol taste.
It's just my family's taste, but my wife and I were wondering if it was a good idea to let it sit for a while. I thought, "Maybe I should have let it sit for a while.
The trip will soon be over. We will have a lingering taste of Awa's local sake with oyster rice from Ohara Fishing Port. It has a strong character, richness, and deep flavor. This sake, which even has a sweet taste, goes well with oyster rice. We wish you all a Happy New Year!
Train connection is 1 hour. Get off the Sotobo line and go to the Uchibo line. Kamogawa's sake is dark and flavorful. I try it with a tuna hand-rolled sushi. It is the best. There are only two passengers in the first car. The end of the fiscal year is a one-person review meeting.
Today, my wife bought a bottle of "Kotobuki Mangame" in Chiba, Japan.
It is a new rice sake.
It is crisp.
A little sourness. Citrusy?
Fresh impression.
It goes down smoothly, but at 17% alcohol, it's a bit risky.
Tomorrow, I'll be working at home (my freedom), so I guess it's ok.
