The first Chiba sake I ever drank. It has an unusual name, Jumangame. It is light on the palate and crisp and tight. A sake that goes well with Chiba's local fish.
Personal Assessment
★★★★☆
Local sake from my travels...
I thought it would be spicy because of the added alcohol, but it was easy to drink✨.

Kamogawa Sea World Souvenirs
Kanto Sake Doki Doki
Less glamorous than Toyobai, but with a strong aroma.
The mouthfeel is clean and the aftertaste disappears, so you can drink a lot of it!
There was a new sake from the warehouse of Kotobuki Mangame, so I bought it 😋.
The color is clear and the aroma is like soy sauce with a hint of malted rice. After drinking, it smells like brown sugar. In the mouth, it has a strong spiciness and a slight sourness and bitterness. If you drink it with salty food, you can feel the sweetness like brown sugar, but if you drink it with sweet food, it becomes spicy 🤔I guess this kind of sake is good as a food wine👍.
Tasting at the sake brewery
I drank several kinds of sake, but forgot to take pictures.
Is Aizan rather spicy? Even though it's Aizan? I got the impression that it was a bit spicy.
Junmai Ginjo (about 4500 yen)? Ginjo? was good, but too expensive, so I gave it up.
