It is an ambitious work, made with a 65% polished rice ratio and 100% Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture. I fell in love at first sight with the adorable Akita dog label and bought it on impulse at a local supermarket. When poured into a glass at room temperature, it has a slight golden color and a surprisingly mild impression on the palate. When you taste it carefully, you will notice the deliciousness of the rice, and by the time you realize that this is how you should taste it! By the time I realized it, I had finished half of the four-pack. The aftertaste is gentle and the alcohol is not strong, so it is generally easy to drink. The Akita dog on the label makes it easy to drink for beginners as well.

First brand I found in a tavern and drank for the first time Drink cold The aroma is very mild. Barely a hint of alcohol. Light rice flavor on the palate Very fresh impression The taste is light and immediately clears the palate. Slightly dry with a hint of banana-like sweetness. There is no lingering aftertaste at all, but it is a great food wine that rinses the mouth and allows the taste of sake to be felt. It goes well with fried clams and octopus. The acidity is more noticeable when served warm, and it tastes better when served cold.

Special Junmai Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miyamanishiki 100%, Polishing ratio 60 ALC 15 degrees, Yeast: 901 We enjoyed it as a tsukimi sake with sweet tsukimi dango and salty plum crystals as a side dish while viewing the beautiful mid-autumn moon in September/November. It was served at room temperature (hiya-shu). It has a slight aroma of rice, and I thought it was slightly dry, full-bodied, and deep-flavored sake. On September 14, it was served hot. I went to the supermarket today and found a 300ml Shirakami Sanchi no Shiki on sale. There was also a 300ml Ine Mankai, but I went with this one, which I had never had before. The first sip is hot and spicy. It has a clean aftertaste, so it's easy to drink. It's good. My husband has been away for training for the past three days, so I've been drinking it every night.
