At the after-party of the reception The Akita dog on the label is cute. This is also the first issue of Shirakami Sanchi no Shiki (Four Seasons in the Shirakami Mountains). The name is long. The top-tasting aroma is a faint scent of ginjo. The taste is a mild sweetness with a moderate umami, but it is just right, and the mild acidity finishes it off with a light floral note, The feeling of drinking this wine is like a warm sensation, which overlaps with the image of an Akita dog on the label. Miyamanishiki 🌾 Miyamanishiki 🔗901 yeast 🍶+4 Sold at: Japan Sake Sales. The brewer is said to be either Akita Meikozo or Fukushima Homare Shuzo. Taste is not bad, rather overpriced I guess. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
