The owner had prepared it for me because I am from Aomori! Nebuta! To be honest, I didn't know this brand, so it was nice to meet you 🤫. It was light, and I thought it would be good to drink with food. If I were to drink it by itself, I would prefer something more fruity on the palate.

This is a memorandum of a visit🙏. I visited for the first time "Tachi-zakejo Mozu" which opened in August in Yokogawa. They seem to have some sake that you don't see very often here 😆. The first drink was "Nebuta", a sake from Aomori. It is delicious even at room temperature 😋.
