It is clear and colorless, with aromas of cooked rice, melon, and honeysuckle. The attack is rather weak, with a gentle acidity, rich sweetness, a hint of bitterness, and a rather long finish.
The mouthfeel is as refreshing as clear water.
It also has a subtle sweet rice aroma. The aftertaste is clear and clear, without any cloying taste, and disappears quickly. You can drink as many glasses as you like.
The bitterness of rice is delicious. The sweetness and sourness of the rice clings to the bitterness. The presence of drinking rice wine. The finish is dry.
The owner had prepared it for me because I am from Aomori! Nebuta!
To be honest, I didn't know this brand, so it was nice to meet you 🤫.
It was light, and I thought it would be good to drink with food.
If I were to drink it by itself, I would prefer something more fruity on the palate.
This is a memorandum of a visit🙏.
I visited for the first time "Tachi-zakejo Mozu" which opened in August in Yokogawa.
They seem to have some sake that you don't see very often here 😆.
The first drink was "Nebuta", a sake from Aomori. It is delicious even at room temperature 😋.
