This is the second time for me to drink WAKAZE's sake. The doburoku is a collaboration between WAKAZE in Sangenjaya and Tsuchida Shuzo in Gunma😲. The rice used is not Uruchi rice, but Princess Sally, which has a unique aroma known as aromatic rice. It says that you should enjoy not only the taste but also the texture 😉. The bottle is full of doburoku. I've never encountered a doburoku with such an impact before😄. I'll take it with a mixture of anticipation and anxiety😊. The aroma is like melon juice with volatility. When I poured it, a film formed on the surface. The rice is crushed and spreads in your mouth 😄. The taste of rice? And just when I thought I was going to feel the flavor, it turns into a refreshing sour😄. Hmmm? Where is the taste of fragrant rice? When I was looking for it, I found that when you eat freshly cooked rice, you feel the first taste that comes out, and then the taste that comes out stops there, and it seems to be different from the usual rice taste😲. I don't know how to describe it 😅. I'm actually not a big fan of doburoku, but this sake has no nastiness or peculiarities, and I can enjoy its unique flavor while drinking it😍. It was an impulse buy but I recommend it 😁.

This doburoku is made from a special type of rice called Princess Sally. It has a natural sweetness from the rice and a natural aroma. It's not too sweet and has a great aftertaste. I thought that Jubiroku was the best doburoku, but this is quite good.

I was a little nervous when I opened it without looking at the warning on the bottle... This is a sweet sake with a foamy taste. I've only had doburoku once before, so I was a little defensive, but I think it's easy to drink. Finally, Tokyo was filled.

Not technically sake, but other brewed sake. Smooth, firm, dessert-like sweetness. It may be interesting on the rocks or with soda.

Junmai sake aged in oak barrels. Surprised that this is made of only rice. It's like a liqueur, like whiskey, like old sake. It's quite delicious. You can drink it with soda like a highball.

FONIA TEA limited - 2nd Anniversary Sake Sweetness and sourness of tea. Astringent and bitter aftertaste. For a 12 degree alcohol content, it has a hot alcohol feeling at the bottom of the stomach. The flavor is quite interesting. Easy to drink.
