Tasting at Nishimura Sake Shop.
Let's just start with the ones I'm going to drink later and my memory is going to jump.
I'll post it. But it's vague 😂.
It's full of pistachios and you can drink it as if it were a dessert.
It is a sweet drink with 9% alcohol.
I drank WAKAZE for the first time.
It is a white wine with strong acidity and a little sweetness....
It is a little bit different from so-called sake in the category of "other brewed sake" (because it contains herbs? (Is it because it contains herbs as ingredients?) I think it is better to enjoy it as an occasional stimulant.
("THE BOTANIC"...you mean "botanical", right?)
Other brews, so please forgive me for being foul ☺️.
This is the third time I have had WAKAZE.
The rice is Tsuyahime from Yamagata prefecture, the rice malt is also Tsuyahime from Yamagata prefecture, and the blueberries are from Kodaira city, Tokyo 😎.
It's a great light purple color 😚.
A faint scent of blueberries.
The mouth is filled with the sakekasu, and it may be obvious, but it tastes like blueberry-flavored sakekasu 😋.
The aroma of blueberry also left my nose😍.
It's just as it looks, but the idea is novel ☺️.
I can easily get bored with doburoku, but this WAKAZE has no dullness and has a noticeable balance that lingers 😍.
The impression is similar to a candy Moroccan yogurt, like lemonade mixed with drinking yogurt.

Matching tea tastes... The ingredients used are three kinds of carefully selected teas: Sichuan jasmine tea, chrysanthemum tea, and holy basil. This may indeed be popular overseas.
Did I mention it's made with elderflower?
It's 10 degrees with lemon, and it's refreshing!
Lychee-like aroma and flavor.
I was able to get it stocked at Hirano Shoten for a variety of reasons.
Thank you!
The next brand in the battle of the different kinds
WAKAZE is famous in Sangenjaya, Tokyo, but they make sake in Yamagata 🍶.
There was a loquat that had been on my mind for a while.
When I poured it into the sake cup, I got a big dollop of loquat!
It tastes exactly like loquat!
It's a sweet sake, so I sipped it slowly!
The next dish was my favorite, mussels and turban shells grilled in a pot!
The turban shells were fresh ones that the sake taster had removed the sand by himself!
Knowledge
No. 64 in WAKAZE's Sangenjaya doburoku series. not an aromatic fruit to begin with, this doburoku has a soft and gentle aroma that spreads softly in the mouth. The package and the appearance of the sake are also gorgeous, making it one of those bottles that will instantly brighten up the table. The creamy texture of doburoku matches well with the gentle aroma of loquat, making it a good choice for those who usually drink sweet cocktails.
