I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳.
It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷.
The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊.
It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛.
It was delicious.
It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.
At a sake bar in Yamagata. The last time I drank it, I had a strong impression that it was a Brazilian sake, so I ordered it to check again. I could taste more ginger flavor than the last time I drank it. The Brazilian impression seems to have faded. The moderate sweetness was pleasant on the palate, and the herbal aroma made it easy to drink and a delicious sake.
Aged in wine barrels. The flavor of the barrels gives it an old wine-like taste, and the sweet flavor and sour feeling are well balanced. It was also fresh with a slight smokiness.
At YAKINIKU MARUUSHI in Ginza.
Rice is "Tsuyahime" from Yamagata Prefecture.
Hops are French hops (Aramis, Strisselspalt, Mistral).
The aroma of hops is very strong even when you are far away from the brewery.
The fizziness is light.
The hops are strong, but there is a bitterness.

Tasting at Nishimura Sake Shop.
Let's just start with the ones I'm going to drink later and my memory is going to jump.
I'll post it. But it's vague 😂.
It's full of pistachios and you can drink it as if it were a dessert.
It is a sweet drink with 9% alcohol.
I drank WAKAZE for the first time.
It is a white wine with strong acidity and a little sweetness....
It is a little bit different from so-called sake in the category of "other brewed sake" (because it contains herbs? (Is it because it contains herbs as ingredients?) I think it is better to enjoy it as an occasional stimulant.
("THE BOTANIC"...you mean "botanical", right?)
Other brews, so please forgive me for being foul ☺️.
This is the third time I have had WAKAZE.
The rice is Tsuyahime from Yamagata prefecture, the rice malt is also Tsuyahime from Yamagata prefecture, and the blueberries are from Kodaira city, Tokyo 😎.
It's a great light purple color 😚.
A faint scent of blueberries.
The mouth is filled with the sakekasu, and it may be obvious, but it tastes like blueberry-flavored sakekasu 😋.
The aroma of blueberry also left my nose😍.
It's just as it looks, but the idea is novel ☺️.
I can easily get bored with doburoku, but this WAKAZE has no dullness and has a noticeable balance that lingers 😍.
