Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is reminiscent of dried shiitake mushrooms. The aroma is strong. The mouthfeel is sharp and astringent. A strong astringent taste clings to the palate. A long aftertaste that lingers with umami. Mature sake.
Second one today. (Holy crap!)
It has a strong acidity, but a good balance of sweetness, sourness and spiciness (°▽°).
Maruniboichi is an impactful name and once you drink it, you will never forget it.
Good evening, good evening, good evening 🌙
Looks delicious, but I knew it was made with the seasons in mind 😳I thought I could drink it anytime if it was good 😁The Japanese paper label is beautiful ✨.
I was enjoying the heat with sake that arrived from a friend during the Bon Festival (lol).
I filled a glass, set it on the table, and when I came back with snacks, the ginjo aroma came to me softly without even bringing it to my mouth. It was soft and mellow on the palate. I made dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) and enjoyed it while relaxing.
My preference ★★★☆☆☆☆

Good ginjo aroma.
Delicate and smooth on the palate.
The taste is gorgeous and fruity.
There is no cloying taste, and a nice aroma escapes through the nose.
There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and the sharpness is good.
The sharpness of the aftertaste is quite impressive.
The taste is fruity and the sharpness of the aftertaste is quite impressive.
Junmai Ginjo, bag-hanging, but under 1,500 yen.
A very cosy sake🍶.
The top aroma is strawberry. The density is roaring, the sake dominates the palate, yummy!
A little tingling on the tongue. Tingling in the throat.
However, the taste disappears rather quickly, leaving no aftertaste.
When rolled, it has a very mild, hard sweetness.
Take your time to taste it.
100% Ihyakumangoku from Niigata
The sweetness is low and the spiciness is firm.
It has no fruity taste and seems to go well with strong flavored dishes.
