It is a sake from Niigata, but I had it for the first time. It was sweet for a Niigata Junmai Ginjo. However, it was not sticky, and the aftertaste was refreshing. A delicious sake.

スッキリ辛口。
いつも飲んでいるのが濃い酒なので、水のように感じますが、苦味が効いてて美味しい。
お酒だけ飲んでるけど、絶対食中酒やわ。燗して、お刺身と合わせたい。今度の休みには……
