I was enjoying the heat with sake that arrived from a friend during the Bon Festival (lol).
I filled a glass, set it on the table, and when I came back with snacks, the ginjo aroma came to me softly without even bringing it to my mouth. It was soft and mellow on the palate. I made dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) and enjoyed it while relaxing.
