Its name is Cicada.

The taste is almost light and dry.
The taste is clean and refreshing.

The sense of maturity is subtle.

I liked the name of Semi Junmai Ginjo, so I decided to try one type 🆗.

It is light and dry.
I drank it because I forgot what it tasted like, but it wasn't my favorite 😅.
I usually drink a lot of sake at home, so I make it a day off when I go on a business trip alone, but after being rejected by two soba restaurants, I had no choice but to go to a corner izakaya called "Napoleon (Tsutsumi Sake Shop)".
It was rated quite favorably on the food log, so I guess it is quite famous in Kumamoto? I don't know. ♪🤣
Today's theme, which I decided on my own, was Kumamoto sake.
The third and last drink was a first for me, Tsujun "Semi".
