100% Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture is used. Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 16%. A local sake from Saku, Shinshu. You can taste the deliciousness and sweetness of rice. The refreshing acidity makes it a refreshing drink. We paired it with a Saku chanko-nabe (a hot-pot dish cooked in a pot) that we received as part of our hometown tax payment.

Daiginjo
It has a pellucid minerality reminiscent of the rock water of Karuizawa, the land of the mountain bushes and clear waters, and an aroma reminiscent of the dewdrops of the Karuizawa birch pine forest. Please enjoy its fine, smooth, mouth-filling taste and high fruity aroma with a hint of subtle sweetness.

I think it was a slightly yellow image.
It is dry and refreshing on the palate.
You can feel the aroma of the rice, and it seems to go well with seafood.
It has the feeling of so-called sake, but it has a little bit of alcohol and amino acid like mirin.
I opened a bottle that I had bought in the Saku's 12-gura drinking contest.
It's easy to drink because it has an Alc15 content, but it has a fruity aroma that comes through the nose and a delicious flavor.
I went to Nagano, so I bought some local sake.
It has a classic taste, with a little sourness at the end.
It's not easy to drink, but it's good to drink with squid or something.
