2018年10月の記事 10月1日佐久平の地場産業センターにて購入、同日開封 香り、味共に、昔ながらの酒で、芯がある。食中酒向けと感じる。

2020/02/09 saketakuのお酒 温度低いと酸味が強くて苦手な感じだったけど、開栓して数日すると落ち着いてきたのか丸みが出てきた。 そして、温度が上がると甘みも出て飲みやすい。 若いバナナって感じかな。 美味しゅうございました。 瓶の向こうは羽生君。（別に特別な意味なし）

純米吟醸と同じく、甘み先行の味わい。余韻としては苦味、酸味がこちらが強いか。 香りも華やかで鑑定書にもあったバナナなどの果物の爽やかな香り。

口に含むとわずかな酸味、苦味を感じるが甘みかしっかりとしている。 どこかチーズ、ヨーグルトのような酸を思わせる香り。 きれいなは反対の感じで良い店で飲むよりゆっくりと家でグダグダ飲みたくなる味わい。
