SAKE POST Item
The first time to enjoy "Shizuku Ehime," a sake brewing rice produced in Ehime Prefecture. It has a fruity aroma and flavor with no cloying taste and a refreshing taste down the throat 🍶.
It was a sake with a flavor I had never had before ✨.

Hue = clear & Smell = slight malted rice smell + Alc smell, as expected so far.
It's crazy, but I was so confused that I thought for a moment about sprinkling sugar on it.
There is no strange texture on the tongue, and a sense of minerality (according to my personal interpretation) is felt.
Seiyo... 9/20
The sweetness and umami are still not very exciting, but the main point is a much better texture.
Turn ... 11/20
The stimulation and taste of Alc gradually appear, but it is already too late... The lack that paper cigarette users feel when they get a heated cigarette...
The smell of sublimation of white wine, which is actually present, and the sublimation of rice, which is also present... Is this what the texture is really about?
Yui... 10/20
The white wine rice sublimation smell lingers in the mouth with a good feeling, and the texture burns well.

Purchased at 1,485 yen, not seriously injured but still suffering from PTSD.
The label on the back of the bottle says it is good lukewarm, but it is not good cold.

The aroma in the mouth is exceptional. It is like fruit.
I can understand why it is recommended to drink it in a wine glass. The taste is typical of Ehime.
Purchased at the Straits Observation Museum on Shimanami Kaido when returning home at the end of the year🚗.
The rice used is 100% Matsuyama Mitsui from Ehime🌾.
The top aroma is of a high quality, with a 🍍-like ginjo aroma, and when you drink it, it is gorgeous and fruity🍍, with a slightly light and refreshing finish that fades out with the mild rice flavor and acidity😋.
The finish is a quick snap with the acidity, especially good paired with seafood 😊.
It is written that it is light, crisp, and dry, and it is true that the dryness comes at first, but soon nothing is tasted and I feel like I want a little more aftertaste.
It is a little disappointing that it seems to disappear quickly.
