OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑧ This is another unknown sake brewery, Yukijaku Sake Brewery. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki with a 38% rice polishing ratio and unfiltered. According to the official website, there are two types of sake: hi-ire and nama, but the one I drank was probably hi-ire. I think it was fruity and quite sweet 🤔. Forgot to take notes💦.

I thought it was Hibari, but it was Yukijaku. My first sake from Ehime. It's a delicious sake with a fluffy sweetness that spreads to the mouth, and no harshness. I think it's a good sake that will become a rare and delicious sake once its name becomes known. Well, really, all the breweries have delicious sake, and with my vocabulary and expression skills, I can't express the distinction between the sake.

It's light and dry, both hiya and heated, and has a clear taste that doesn't catch your attention, good or bad. I'm typing this as I drink so I don't forget, so I can keep the impression of the flavor, but when I wake up from sleep, I'm not sure I'll remember much of what it tastes like. A taste that doesn't interfere with what it's paired with.

Purchased at Dogo Onsen. While buying Botchan dango, I looked at the sake corner and saw a very cool label, so I bought it! When I opened the bottle and poured it in, the aroma was subdued and refreshing. The aroma is gorgeous and citrus-like, with a hint of brewer's alcohol. It has a smooth, tangy, light and dry taste. I was a bit surprised because the Ume Nishiki and Kagawa's Kinryo I drank during my trip were sweet! On its own, it is a simple dry sake, but when paired with a meal, it gives the impression of a soft, grain-like flavor that is easily felt. It also has an astringent taste in the aftertaste, which combined with the astringency of the label, made me think of "sparrow return" instead of "swallow return"...⚔️ I remember that there were many breweries other than "Iyo Kagiya" and "Ishizuchi" that I didn't know about, and I couldn't stop looking at them. Ehime is a great sake brewery, isn't it?

To close out the day, I decided to drink a change of pace because I had struck out trout with a slider. The brewery is located in Yanagihara, Matsuyama City. The description says it is sake-based and has a refreshing aroma and a soft, mellow flavor. The description said it was sake-based, with a refreshing aroma and a soft, mellow flavor. It is true that it has a melon flavor. And yet it is easy to drink. The course is sweet like today's Otani, but it is important to have a strong feeling. The naming may be a good way to say it.

Honjozo ALC 15-16 degrees ⭐️⭐️ Add sugar/acidifiers other than alcohol added? Sake from Ehime chosen by my friend. I exchanged Suehiro and Yukijaku with my friend and tasted each of them. I think it is a light, slightly dry tasting sake, but it may seem so because of the comparison with Suehiro's Yamahai Junmai that we had together. As always, I apologize for my unreliable comments. Family trip to Dogo Onsen. After eating udon at "Yoshiya" in Marugame, we went to Mt. Kompira for refreshment! After that, we moved on to Dogo Onsen for sake activities and Nikkatsu 😘. What a surprise, I bought this at a convenience store... A while ago, I was informed that convenience stores have local sake 😙. Along with the mild clear acidity, comes a clear, refreshing umami. Delicious~. Great food and sake today... 😋.
