Clean, transparent. Medium aromatic of banana, apple, cotton candy, steamed rice, a bit flower note. Dry one, Medium to medium+ bodied depends on the temperature. Medium Flavor intensity of steamed rice, umami, smooth and rich, a bit acidity with dry medium+ finishing.
