Sakya
It has a bitter or thick taste at first, but because it is a daiginjo, it has a pleasantly fruity aftertaste. It is a sake that can be savored well. It goes well with canned mackerel with olive oil and rock salt. The mackerel's greenish taste matches the bitterness. The strength is just right.
Not the best match by itself! LOL!
Postscript.
It also goes well with the acidic strawberries at this time of year!
