I bought it because my child's name has the character for virtue in it lol.
I was surprised by the color when I put it in a glass.
The best thing about this product is the fact that it is made in Indonesia.
I'm not sure if I've had enough, so I opened this bottle, but my face is starting to go numb 🤪 lol
One of the five bottles in the Ibaraki Sake Tour gift set.
Ibaraki advertises that you can drink sake from five different water systems, but I'm not so sure about that.
Sakaimachi, where Tokumasamune is located, is on the Tone River system. I'm not sure if the water is that murky and fishy, but I'm sure the subterranean water is clean.
Surprisingly (and I don't mean to be rude), it is delicious.
It has a mild aroma and is easy to drink without any miscellaneous tastes.
It is light and refreshing, but when you roll it around in your mouth, you will not get tired of drinking it because of its subtle flavor and sweetness.
This is the type of sake that I would like to have with my evening drink.
It has aromas of melon, pear, honeysuckle, and wisteria flowers. The attack is rather weak, with a moderate sweetness and a firm acidity. The aftertaste is rather short.
Drinking at home Roadside station Sakai
It doesn't have a special flavor, but it goes with everything for snacks.
Goes great with marinated summer vegetables!
Tokumasamune, Junmai Nama Nama. A glass of cold sake. What an easy to drink sake with no peculiarities. It has a light, fluffy yet thick sweetness. If I say it has no personality, that's all I'm saying, but on the contrary, it's fresh and balanced enough to go with any kind of snack.
This Sake is semi dry with a light body and has a mild flavor that reminds me of pine wood. The sugar sweetness lasts through the aftertaste. This Sake is a nice surprise for a Daiginjo.
Ibaraki Local Sake Tour in Asakusa at anagura
You can drink a variety of Ibaraki's local sake at a very reasonable price, so I highly recommend it for sake junkies.
If you want to know more, let's chat in the comments.
The aroma is mild, slightly honeyed and a little heavy.
For a male town, it's not enough.
Sake from Sakai-machi, which is located in Ibaraki, on the border between Saitama and Chiba. There's still a lot of room for growth in Ibaraki's sake breweries, so go for it!
