Ibaraki advertises that you can drink sake from five different water systems, but I'm not so sure about that.
Sakaimachi, where Tokumasamune is located, is on the Tone River system. I'm not sure if the water is that murky and fishy, but I'm sure the subterranean water is clean.
Surprisingly (and I don't mean to be rude), it is delicious.
It has a mild aroma and is easy to drink without any miscellaneous tastes.
It is light and refreshing, but when you roll it around in your mouth, you will not get tired of drinking it because of its subtle flavor and sweetness.
This is the type of sake that I would like to have with my evening drink.
