Ibaraki Prefecture Hagiwara Shuzo "Tokumasamune" booth.
It's their first time in Kansai and they said it's the only day to drink it since they don't have a sales channel 😁.
Tasted all of them 😋 since we can only drink them today.
Tokumasamune Junmai Daiginjo 🔴.
Sake Mother Shibori Rei
Junmai Ginjo Hitanishiki
Junmai Ginjo Kenokawa
Junmai Ginjo Omachi
Sake Mother Shibori Rei" was surprisingly sweet and sour 😳I remember the Sake Mother Shibori being available at Hatsumomiji too 🤔.
Only "Junmai Ginjo Kenokawa" is made from Koshihikari rice, which for some reason is not sake rice 😁.
A bit more complex and classical overall.

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi 😃.
I see that you are participating in the event with sake that I can't find in Kansai, is it possible to buy it? If so, I'd like to go there next time 😋.

bouken-san, good evening 🌛Some breweries only bring enough for tasting and not all of them are available for purchase, but you can buy them if you like them at the Japanese Sake Festival 😋Toku Masamune was available for all of them👍.

Good morning Nemuchi 😃
Tokumasamune is a sake from the town where my wife's parents live 😆I imagine Tokumasamune is given out when there is a funeral 😅My parents don't drink alcohol so I used to bring it home and drink it 🤣.
