It's the kind that spills when you open the bottle carelessly.
If you are a good boy, put it in the refrigerator and chill it well before you do it.
It's sweet and easy to drink, and you can't help but drink too much of it.
I think it was sweeter the last time I bought it...?
It is a so-called fruity type, a little sweet for me, so I had it cold.
I think it will choose the food, but if you like gorgeous sake, I recommend it❗️.
Kanto no Hana Junmai Ginjo
15-16degree, malted rice, 35kake, 60 Gunma-grown rice
720 ml (about 1350 yen)
I bought my favorite sake from my favorite brewery, Hijiri Shuzo, at the station on my way home from golf.
The first sip of the bottle. The mouthfeel is mildly acidic and tasty. It's easy to drink and has a nice body.
The "Hijirizm" and "Hijirizm" brands from Hijiri Shuzo are very aggressive sake. The "Hijirizm" brand from this brewery is what you would call an aggressive brew, with full-bodied mellowness and acidity, but the "Kantonohana" brand is a third of that and is a dry brew. If you don't like the holy wine, I recommend this one. Personally, I like both of them.

It has a freshness and roundness typical of a pure sake. There is not much of an aroma, but it has a sweetness to it that is just right. It goes well with meals.
It's fruity and sweet, but in just the right balance, with a hint of rice flavor. It has a spiciness, so you can enjoy various flavors in one bottle.
The more you drink it, the better you feel it is.
