Lake Suwa, Nagano Prefecture Sake Brewery Reito's Sake.
My son brought it home and we drank it at home.
It was delicious. It was heavy but refreshing and I drank too much. ★★★★
I was headed for the Kirigamine mountain climbing, but gave up when I went to Suwa because of the bad weather.
Since I went all the way to Suwa, I went to Suwa Gokura.
I bought a bottle there.
The first touch is light and gentle sweetness.
The sweetness of the rice that comes afterwards spreads
The acidity is well balanced.

Tour of five Suwa breweries along the Koshu Highway
It has no peculiarities and is robustly delicious!
I would like to match it with grilled wild fish 🍶.

Reijin" Reijin Shuzo
The entrance and exit are separate, and there is a water tap on the entrance side where you can drink free brewing water. This brewery also makes beer, which can be tasted for a fee.
You are given four coins and can choose from four of the six types of sake on the sake server, or two glasses of sake and one glass of local beer.
Since my pace was quite fast, I drank the two coins of the higher quality sake to limit the amount of sake.
Reijin Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki.
It is mild, clean, and easy to drink. It has a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste.
Nozomi Daiginjo
It is clean, clear, and free of bitterness. It has a very well-rounded flavor, and although it is more light, it is delicious.
Reijin Junmai Ginjo
A little fruity, and the most flavorful of all the wines we drank here.
The Junmai Reijin I drank before gave the impression of being quite mellow and full-flavored, but it has changed my impression of the various types of Reijin they make.
Kamisuwa Gozakura Tour (2) Reijin
I was drunk and accidentally erased the reports I had written down one by one on my phone 💧.
You can choose 4 out of the 7 brands in the picture (A to F and one more Daiginjo), but this time I chose A to D.
A. Junmai Ginjo Yamahai B. Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake
C. Junmai sake D. Junmai daiginjo
Overall, the sake was rich and had a strong grain-like aroma. In particular, A is a superb Yamahai with its unique complexity and dryness that brings it all together nicely!
On the other hand, D Junmai Daiginjo has a quite gorgeous aroma, yet it is dry and light enough to be drunk again and again.
Following yesterday's post, this is one of Suwa's five breweries, Reijin. It has a sweet taste with a sour aftertaste. It was unexpectedly delicious. 583 yen
This summer-only bottle features a design of fireworks in the summer night sky. Junmai Ginjo Nama Storage Sake, with its refreshing taste, was immediately enjoyed on a trip to Suwa.

They also make various kinds of beer!
It was very hot that day, so many people tasted the set with beer.

Reijin Junmai Sake - delicious and mellow, my favorite ❣️
Reijin Jungin
We got some water from the front of the brewery, which is probably used for brewing. It was delicious ✨
The fourth picture is a winery in Shiojiri we visited the day before 🍷🍇.

Wine is also sweet, so it is cheaper than you might think 🤣.
Hi Pon-chan 😃💕very enjoyable trip 🎵I'm excited just looking at it ❗I'm jealous of all the sake you don't see much in Kansai 😆💕I guess the sake you were testing your skills on was Pon-chan's favorite ✨.
Hi pyonpyon🐦.
The armchair and standard are both solid but delicious 🥰I enjoy talking to the brewer and having a choice of drinks 😆 I like the sake trip 🎶.
