On a personal note, I celebrated my 52nd birthday today without incident.
I thought about drinking some local Nada sake, but I bought some leftover Unzan and toasted to it 😊.
I thought it lacked a little punch... I thought it was a little too much, but then I realized that I drank too much.

One of the ones I got at the Hankyu Umeda brewery festival.
First Unzan, red in color (there were a lot of them, like blue).
The aroma is subdued, but the mouthfeel is not sour, and the volume that pushes in from mildly fruity is amazing!
The alcohol is pleasant to the nose 😊.
