I'm already drunk because I'm drinking it after coming back from a lunchtime wine party. I don't really notice the aroma, but it has a sweetness as the original sake. It is sharp and tasty.

I tasted it because it was recommended, and it was delicious, so I decided immediately to buy it along with amazake (amazake is also really delicious). (The amazake was really good too).

I really like this lingering taste of sake around 17 degrees, but I always feel frustrated that I can't drink a lot of sake because it goes around so fast 😅.

This is the first time I heard of this brand.
According to the store clerk, it is a local brand.
There is not much aroma, and the sweetness and umami are very strong. A little sourness and a little bit of miscellaneous taste.
The aftertaste is soft. I did not know this brand, but it is a delicious sake.
We enjoyed it with yellowtail tataki we got at the same venue.
