とりどり3.0 It is not very fresh for a nama-shu, but rather has the flavor of a hiyaoroshi (matured sake). The strong sense of alcohol may be due to the fact that it is a pure sake. ちゃんまやP[Brewer's hard push = 3]. This bottle was enthusiastically recommended by the brewer at a direct sales event at the Shibuya Tokyu Food Show. It is a locally distributed product of Nishinomon. The top aroma is melon 🍈. The attack is moderately sweet. The attack is moderately sweet, and from there you can feel the alcohol content of 17 degrees and the roughness of unfiltered raw sake, making it a very drinkable sake. Goes great with chikuzen-ni! I see, as expected of a brewery's recommendation, this is delicious 😋😋. If I didn't know about it, I would never have bought it, so I knew I had to check out the direct sales event 😆.
